I did the same hike in March 2024
and as it was so good, I decided to do it again based on the phenomenal scenery, excellent fully catered food and fantastic organisation of the 5 day hike. Guiding was of a v high standard and we had a lead guide as well as ‘sweeper’ trailing at the back. A new welcome addition to last year’s Plett Camino was to hike along the Robberg peninsula. Despite the atrocious weather on the day, it was a great deal of fun and we dried out over lunch at a local restaurant in Plett. As a 2nd timer, I would thoroughly recommend the experience.

The Plett Camino is a very well-organized hike and was a blast from beginning to end. The hike itself takes you through stunning scenery with a good mix of terrain. The week was an amazing experience and I will recommend this to anyone

An experience to remember and cherish. Breathtaking sights, friendly hosts at each stop, knowledgable guides (Tiaan and Tina) and very well organised. All your needs are catered for - Breakfast, Lunch and Supper with drinks included (Water, soft drinks, beers, wine and G&T). Each day is different, walking through dense forests with a canopy of trees; fynbos or between pine plantations. A moderate degree of fitness is required, but the guides paces the group well and allows for rest stops as and when required. We finished most days in around 4-5hours so there is ample of time for R&R and enjoy the comany of fellow hikers.

What an amazing experience, I would highly recommend this wonderful trek to all and sundry. Ian and his team are exceptional and we could not have wanted for anything. The pre-trek info was amazing, the help along the way was fabulous. We loved the accommodations and it was amazing to have the 'surprises' along the way. I would do this again! Thank you all who made our trek such fun!
